it supposed to show you a message that explain why its not working and it show the hours of every contry that you can use Eshop :3

Nintendo had to temporarily separate the hours the eShop is open for each region, because everyone was trying to log on at the same time around Christmas, causing several servers to crash :< We have to use our schedule until the problem gets fixed o^o

Ok, but my XL works regardless, but this 3DS wont work regardless lol but nintendo will try to help me tomorrow
