glace, there is someone named snowpaw who is underage, and constantly steals and traces ppls art and gives them no credit. he lies and is going to (pretend) quit because he is "sad" that ppl are calling him tracer although he stole someones art A DAY after he apoligized to everyone. and i think that he should be banned.
