Suspected of being "The Skull", the first in a wave of "next gen" supervillains and accused of having inspired several new copycats, villains, vigilantes, and superheroes to stop the new threats. However, unlike most new villains, who settle for large crimes for self-benefit, "The Skull" may have ambitions to conquer the entire world.
