There was a huge fire near the town Jericho lived in, the fire started with unknown cause. Jericho's parents, and his little sister were in the city when it went down. The flames were not ordinary, they were hellfire. Hellfire spreads 10x faster, and can only be put out with magic. Therefore, they all burned in eternal fires. Jericho was sleeping, and he awoke to his brother telling him about the fire. Jericho ran as fast as he could into the city and searched. (TBC BELOW)

Jericho found his sister in the wreckage; bloody and burnt. Jericho moved the burning pieces off her, which hurt himself, and carried her off to the hospital. He hopefully, yet in tears, waited for his parents to come. They never did. He overheard some nurses speaking about someone he knew. Jericho asked if she was hurt, and the nurses nodded. He walked into her small hospital room, and sat beside her as she died. Her name was Cindy, and she was Jericho's only friend at the time. He gave her a kiss as she finally died, and it was his first. Jericho was beyond devastated. He didn't know what to feel anymore when the nurse walked in with her monotone voice, claiming his little sister had just died. He didn't want to feel.
About a year later, the guilt of losing them weighed heavier on him every day. He did not smile. He did not laugh. And one night, walking back to his parent's house, he attempted sui.cide by overdosing in the bathtub. (and yes, obviously he survived)
