I saw this thing hanging around and it looked fun, soooo...
Prince Giyui (Guy-Oo-Ee) Timewield rules over the undersea Sunrise Kingdom. The staff he wields controls the cycle of day and night, and he holds it using psychic power gifted to his race during the Mushroom War from radiation. His populace are mostly anthropomorphic sea animals, usually wearing kimono. All feature the pattern on the end of his sleeves. The top-right creature is his mount.

Hmmm... do you use a bioterradome to create a living environment undersea where a sunrise is possible or is the solar rising just a hologram displayed on the retinas of your subjects?
