An old fan planet name from IZ I made but never established. I still may use it, but this is different.
These are two planets: One a winter wonderland, the other an island paridise.
The Toco are a species that consist of a single sphere as the brain, but add on using water and like substances. Tarkisle Toco look like crabs, while Tarkice Toco look like crystals trapped in a block of ice. They've been at war for millenia.
