Hikari Hoshina Ref. by iHopelesss
Hikari is one of my favorite O.Cs. Her peferred weapon is a kunai but she can use a sword. Even though she doesn't have "The Gift" she can control fire and is an excellent fighter. Kyo is very protective of her and are almost always together. Hikari and Kyo grew up believing they were twins until Aya told them Kyo was adopted.
