It looks like that ghost fella just made a joke about the yellow guy and he's all like "Not funny bro." And The grey girl is saying "Haha! Take a load of this guy! I love it!" But she means it in a good way because the ghost has a part time job as a comedian, from which he got from Clowny when Clowny was fired and realized comedy wasn't really his thing. So he became a entertainer.
