A pokemon of my own design.
This pokemon is known by many as a pest because of its tendancy to eat concious thoughts. Victims of this thought thief completely forget what they were currently doing. the consumed thoughts are later used for a wide variety of psychic attacks.
Species:Amnesia pokemon
Ability: Thought Theft- Regains HP every turn the pokemon is asleep
Does not evolve
