That's called an Alicorn. In the fandom I have, Pixies and Anti-Fairies can both use magic and fly. So, if they were ponies, they'd technically be Alicorns. I only gave Taffy both because her mother (at the time), was a Pixie. I'm not sure if she'll be able to fly when she's older, or use magic, but I still gave her both in her pony version. Lester had a Pixie mother and an Anti-Fairy father, so he's an Alicorn. Sidney is a Pixie, so she's an Alicorn. Grapeney's an Earth Pony, because she can no longer fly or use magic.
They're not even pony OCs, anyways.

And they don't have cutie marks because of their ages. Taffy is still a young 'filly', and Lester is a young 'colt'. Sidney and Grapeney's cutie marks wouldn't have fit with the way I drew them, and the way I ink.
