Naaah, you aren't bad at drawing lucario!
And you don't talk too much, trust me. I talk alot more. xD
As for ice types, well...it could be a pokemon that's not ysually ice, like your lucario.
An ice ninetales instead of a fire one, or something like that!

All you need to do to get better is practice. But doing the same thing multiple times isn't practice; improving on that thing is.
