The energy people are a race of beings composed of green, glowing energy in the form of plasma. Eons ago, their blood thirsty ancestors conquered a large portion of the earth, only to later be defeated by the ptacktans' ancestors, the pilkos. Even though they were forced to forfeit a large portion of their empire, they still have the largest colony on the planet. Due to their colony's immense size, they seldom trade with other races, as they are quite self sufficient when it comes to resources.
