Sheylen, the wolf member of the crew, heard Noxis alerting her to up the storm rods. She raced for the control panel at the back of the cabin and slammed the lightning rod button. Noxis, Luke, and Layla were already making their way down to the storage room. Sheylen followed, her white fur getting pelted my heavy raindrops...

They reached the storage room by the time lightning was cracking outside. Every bang and shudder caused Layla to flinch. She hated lightning storms.
"It's okay girl. We'll be fine." Luke pitifully whispered as he walked over to Layla, petting her snout.
"Luke, we need to find out why she's so afraid of storms. I mean... She's a dragon, c'mon." Sheylen said.
"I will soon enough. But for now, comforting her will do." Luke replied.
Noxis just stood and looked out the window.

yeees! thank you for uploading, its wonderful! the story is great, and so is the picture!
now, a quick question: im writing/drawing a sci-fi steampunk story, and i need help designing a villain/character. he's a failed science experiment designed to create a human out of animal dna. he's pertty e.vil. can you think of a name/ design idea for him? what do you think?

They're a breed from the website Flight Rising. Might be worth it to give it a look. :)
