Back story time!!!
So doodle was the last of 3 exeperiments to see if they could create hybrids of pokemon and human and SUCSESS so after the doctors completid the test they needed someone to take care of Doodle and her 2 sisters (will show them later) luckly the doctor who was put in charge of the tests sis was willing to help out. So ya thats why doodle has eevee body parts, has no toes or fingers and is unusally small for being a 12 year old.
