list of problems:
one.headphones dont work
two.touch screen is shifted so if you try to draw it draws more towards the left
three.inside camera is blurry and inside recordings sound glitchy
four.l and r dont work
five.threed doesnt go off
six. x and b buttons are cracking
seven.black line goes through threed things when you look to the side
eight.no sd card space!
GOOD THING IM GETTING ANOTHER ONE!

Mine is in pretty good shape, but once the touch screen wouldn't touch imn this one part, and I had to send it in.
So I waited a couple of weeks and got it back. Awesome. So, a couple of days when I'm going to a pharmacy (The pharmacy plays no important part) my 3DS crashes again with a blue screen and sone words saying it crashed or something. So I had to send it in again.
Other than it's history, it's quite alright! Oh, yeah, sorry about your DS. D:
