Since Silver grew up in a world full of fire and flames, i'm guesing he's never seen snow before. But now that he's in the past he can now see his 'First snow'.

awesome and is silver's first time seeing snow in 2009 because he is in the game mario and soinc and the winter olpmyic games so is not his first time seeing snow
