Aqua Solucon (Female)

The Aqua Solucon is one of the 5 main sub-species of Solucon. The females tend to be the most cat-like of the overall species.The special features of its type are its easily identified webs and tail.

-Appearance

Aqua Solucon have rather messy manes. The females are short, rarely long. The eyes of the female are slits. Females tend to have longer and sharper fangs than males. But they lack claw length. The steel armor on the Solucon is found on both males and females. The armor is usually found in their second year of life. The armor is meant to protect the chest and stomach area. The webs on both the tail and cheeks are meant for enhanced steering in water, almost as if it were a rudder. The two thorns on the muzzle protect the muzzle from any bite upon the area. Females have cat-like muzzles.

-Habitat

Aqua Solucon live in areas with water. Areas include ocean bays, cliffs near water, forests, lakes, waterfalls and riversides. They build dams in order to keep water for itself. When the water dries out it seeks a new habitat.

-Prey

These creatures hunt fairly small game. Game include water voles, shrews, mice, fish, rabbit and the ocassional snake and grasses.

-Weight and Height

Females weigh up to 9O-15O Lbs, including the heavy steel. The height of a female usually measures to a female wolf.

-Life Span

Female Aqua Solucon live an average nine - fourty years. The cause of this is the hardened cell structure of the Solucon. The main cause of death is dehydration, accidents, poached, disease and old age (Rarely).
