It is a very dark blue. Why do you ask? Dose it look bad? Or do you think it would look better black? I don't mind hearing what you think about it. So please let me know. I love when people become interested in my work. :)

Well I can see how you might think that. I've seen artist's use blue insted of black too. But I really enjoy the grays to shade my black. But it is very difficult. It kind'a reminds me of how some people use white to represent silver. But I'm glad you like it. :)
