Carina started her morning like any other. "...Uh oh! AAGH!". By falling out of the middle bunk. "...ow...". She sat up. "Morning" she said, rubbing her head "Ha ha, morning" Endie replied before simply teleporting out of bed. "Lucky. Alright Boom, you too" Carina told him. "No" Boom replied "Please?" she asked "No!" he answered "Really?" she said, rolling her eyes. Endie sighed and whispered "I'll get the bagels". That did it. Just like that, Boom was up and out of the top bunk, red bandana on, and raced down the stairs at 1OO miles an hour. Carina and Endie shrugged their shoulders and laughed as they followed Boom downstairs.

After breakfast, the trio headed to Wendy's house which was near the tower on the other side of Witherville.
Carina had known Wendy for as long as she could remember. Literally. Now, she was a good friend to the trio. She supplied them with potions, helped them train and gave them advice.
While Carina and Endie trained, Boom, bored out of his head, decided to go for a walk. He left through the East Gate, heading for the small forest. Some time later, as he continued along the path, Boom spotted something on the ground. He walked over to it and looked down. The strange object reminded him of a bagel, but he knew it wasn't. Instead of a hole in the middle of it, there was a black slit. "Maybe the guys'll know what it is" he told himself. Picking up the item, he turned and headed back to Witherville.

By now, Carina and Endie were sitting back to back on the ground panting "That....was....good....nice job" Carina told him "Thanks....you too...You've gotten a lot stronger and faster" Endie replied "You both did very well, as always" Wendy smiled.
Their normal training consisted from parkour to combat and everything in between.They had been doing this for the past six months since the incident with Sage the enderman. Although he'd sworn to come back for revenge, he had remained unseen and unheard of since.
As Carina and Endie stood up, they saw Boom running towards them. He was carrying something in his mouth. "Guys! look what i found!" he exclaimed, his voice muffled by the object. He handed it to Carina. "What is it?" she asked "Not sure" Boom answered. Carina studied it closely. It had a black slit in the middle and was multi-coloured in various sea greens, blues and limes. Clueless on what it was, Carina handed it to Endie. His expression instantly changed to shock and surprise. "Endie?" Boom asked nervously "What's wrong dear?" Wendy asked. Endie glanced at them, then back to the object. "It....it's an Eye of Ender!"

"Eye of Ender?" Carina and Boom asked in sync. Endie swallowed "...Yeah". "Ok, but what's the matter?" Carima asked him. "Nothing...it's....it's just that they're extremely rare. In fact, there's only seventeen left" he explained "Ok, anything else you can tell us about them?" Boom asked "Yeah a bit. Like i said, there's only seventeen left. I don't know why. But anyway, sixteen are used to build a portal or something, but other than that, i don't really know. According to rumors, the seventeenth one is used to find the rest, but i'm not sure" Endie explained. While he'd done so, Wendy had glanced from the eye to the tower and back again, completely lost in her own thoughts. Endie handed the eye to Carina. "Here, you better keep it" he told her.

That night, Carina's one year streak of no srrange dreams came to a hault.
It was pitch black. She couldn't see a thing. Then, a single bright white spotlight shone down on somethimg in front of her. On the ground lay the Eye of Ender. It rose up and levitated in front of her. She reached out as it hovered towards her. As soon as she touched it, the darkness disappeared. Carina was standing im a snow biome. which changed to a jungle biome, then a desert biome and lastly an extreme hills biome. The eye then rose up, out of Carina's hand. It began to glow brighter and brighter. Within seconds, the light was blinding. And then, nothing.
Carina woke with a start. She quickly sat up. "That was weird" she whispered as she got out of bed. She turned to say good morning, but there was no one to say it to.
Boom and Endie were gone.
