Frostedstar set his prey into the small pile. *I'll need to speak with Loudstorm, Foxclaw, Blizzardwing, and...Lightningstrike...* he shuddered at the mere thought of the white tom.

Loudstorm stood up and shook the snow from his black-and-white pelt. "I'll see you around Lightningstrike." he meowed and padded through the crunchy snow.

(Here! Yay!! :D)
Rabbitkit smiled at her father and Bumblewhisker, breathing in their scent mixed with the frigid air. *Things are looking up.* She laughed slightly, and flexed her muscles happily. "Pinefur, did you ever feel like you'd never be an apprentice or warrior?"

Sylphapaw, sitting in the medicine cat's den, was still very starving. "Sweetfur, what kind of fresh ki.ll is your faveorite?" (Dood. I has a perfect way to add Sylphas bro into the RP if you allow it.)

Lightningstrike huffed and rolled onto his side.

Frostedstar sighed and approached the unfriendly cat. "Lightningstrike," he meowed

(Sylpha is fun to RP with and all, but I want another cat to RP with as well that is more... obedient. and humble.)

( @inca, well, I don't know, because in and out of the RP [you and Sylphapaw] have had to be corrected a LOT, and I really don't want to add to that. :p)

Sweetfur finally managed to get some noms.

Foxclaw frolicked over to Frostedstar like the wittle derp he is, "Teehee, heyyyy Frostedstar!"

Steamkit padded around camp, until he reached the freshki// pile. He picked out a vole and began to eat. (Oh geez XT I've got this ceremony, and I'm helping with two labouring queens in Auroraclan! XD)

Skykit glanced at Pinefur talking to Rabbitkit and Bumblewhisker. "When are we gonna be apprenticed?" He grumbled impatiently.

(well, his personality will be much easier to work with than Sylpha's. You wouldn't have to correct me as much for him. Its up to you. I just want another cat to RP with that is a little eaiser to RP as. Can we try and see? and if it doesn't work out we could drop him. wat do you think?)

Cheetahblaze looked up at the leaf-bare sky. The breeze blew softly, seeping into the tom's thick fur. Cheetahblaze looked around for something to do. Windfur was on a border patrol, the kits were busy, and Sylphapaw was no where in sight.

(he'd be like the best and most obeident apprintice ever.)

Sweetfur was eating a vole, laying off by herself. A slight breeze was blowing and she looked up at the sky.

Getting no answer from sweetfur, Sylpha decided to talk to Frostedstar. She walked up to him. "Frostedstar, can I ask you something?"

Steamkit finished his meal quickly, and he bounced over to Rabbitkit. "Hey Rabbitkit! Are you as excited as I am?" He puffed out his chest, and curled his tail. "I'll finally be able to show the clan my worth!"

(XD wut? All the cats are in camp right now. XD
@inca, [i keep wanting to call you Sylpha] IF he is in, Sylphapaw better shape up and listen. He better rub off on her or he's out)

Bumblewhisker smiled at Rabbitkit, enjoying her eagerness to become a warrior. "I remember when I was a young kit like you, every sunrise felt like a moon. But the time will come for you and every cat."

Sweetfur looked down at her food, suddenly not feeling very hungry. She frowned, not wanting to waste it.

Rabbitkit smiled at Skykit, her ears perking up and claws flexing. "Yeah! Maybe we'll be as great as Pinefur and Morningfinch!" Her amber eyes were bright with excitment, and she looked towards where Frostedstar was talking to Lightningstrike. Her smile faded a bit. "I wonder if Lighteningstrike is going to be a mentor..."

(I know ^^ Steamkit just knows it's soon)

Lightningstrike looked up at Frostedstar and flicked his tail in annoyance. "What oh great leader?" he meowed.

Loudstorm padded into Sweetfur's den and sat beside Morningfinch. "I can't believe you're 156 moons old already...where has the time gone?"

Frostedstar waved his tail at the approaching apprentice. "I'm busy at the moment. Please wait over there." he flicked his bushy tail in the direction of Ragged tree.

(HOORAYYYYY *throws confetti* Hes gonna make sure she shapes up, don't worry. He likes good, modest behavior.^-^ you keep on wanting to call me Sylpha? LOL XD)

Kestrelkit smiled. "We're gonna be apprenticed soon, don't worry! You're gonna be Skypaw! And I'm gonna be Kestrelpaw, apprentice to Sweetfur!" She puffed out her chest. "I'll ask Frostedstar about being apprenticed." She stretched and trotted off. Skykit just lay down and sneezed adorably.

(She doesn't know either. Sorry, Tak, I was writing when you posted that. She's just excited, and she doesn't want Lighteningstrike at all...)
Rabbitkit looked at Bumblewhisker in excitment. "You think so, cause I still haven't got my balance yet! What if Frostedstar won't let me be an apprentice?!" She fluffed up in nervousness.

(hang on, i think Happybrick is still RPing in Aurora clan. I will go get them. Can I start using Sylphas bro this RP?)

Sunstripe sat outside the nursery, beaming with pride. Her kits were coming of age, and they would soon be apprentices. /Thank you Starclan for allowing them to live to this day. May my kits live long, and become legends!/

Frostedstar ignored the tom's mocking words and continued. "The kits have reached 6 moons already, and I-" Lightningstrike cut him off with his hissing words.

"What would make /you/ think that /I/ would want ANYTHING to do with those kits?"

Frostedstar sighed and shrugged. "I just thought you might want to guide a apprentice onto the path of a warrior."

Lightningstrike almost spat back a hideous response, but thought about it for a moment. "Alright. Fine. Who's the lucky idiot?"

(Hey, I'll be popping in and out for a bit. I'll try to be on as much as possible.)

Steamkit nudged his sister. "Why would he not let you be an apprentice? You haven't done anything wrong that I remember!"

Cheetahblaze looked up at the smokey-gray warrior. "Hey Thunderheart." He continued eating his dove, not paying any heed to manners.

Kestrelkit noticed Frostedstar was busy, so she went back to Rabbitkit and Steamkit. "Are you excited?" She asked.

Skykit, after getting bored, decided to join them. "Who do you think is gonna be your mentor? Who do you think is gonna be /my/ mentor?" He was so excited, he was bouncing from paw to paw.

Frostedstar gave Lightningstrike a light-hearted grin. "I was thinking Skykit. You two seem to have similarities."

Lightningstrike frowned when Frostedstar smiled. He thought about it for a moment, then meowed, "Yeah, whatever. But that kit better not be a thorn in my @ss." he laid his head back down in the snow and shut his eyes. (almost put sh!t his eyes. XD)

Foxclaw decided to find something to do. He looked around camp, not seeing anything interesting.

Rabbitkit huffed, digging her claws into the cold ground to keep herself from falling over from her brother's gentle push. "I know, but...I'm just no good at playing mossball, or jumping, or anything!" She waggled her stumpy tail in emphasis.

(Oh Lightningstrike! *insert old timey, poorly recorded studio audience laughter here*)

(well, it was actually Morningfinch, but he doesn't remember and the cats just don't talk about it. It's pretty much a silent agreement)

Sylphapaw swished her tail in annoyence (<sp?) because Frostedstar was completley ignoring her.

"Rabbitkit! Don't let that get you down. It is a minor flaw, and it might even be a blessing." He smiled at his sister, she could be anything. "If you need it, I can help. But I'm sure your mentor will help more."

Bumblewhisker once again began grooming her fur. *Pinefur's kits are almost apprentices! They'll be the best in the Clan. Just like my son!* Bumblewhisker smiled stupid!y to herself almost as if she were haveing a fantasy dream.

Cheetahblaze continued eating between words. "It... Was good." He gulped hard and looked down at the prey.

Frostedstar nodded and rushed off to Loudstorm. "Loudstorm!" he called.

Loudstorm's ears perked up at the sound of his name. He stood and cracked his aching neck with a twist. *Sweetfur'll need to fix this...*

Cheetahblaze nodded than began eating the flesh leftover on the bones, scraping them clean with his sandpaper tongue.

Loudstorm padded out of the den and almost got plowed over by Frostedstar.

"Loudstorm, would you like to be a mentor?" Frostedstar meowed as he skidded to a hault.

(Sweetfur! Fix eet XD)

Sylphapaw pranced over to the ragged tree to wait for Frostedstar.

(oh yeah, Mosskits apprentice ceremony is delayed due to her behavior.)

Loudstorm raised his eyebrows. "Depends on who the kit is."

Frostedstar huffed and meowed, "I feel you would work well with Rabbitkit."

Loudstorm chuckled. "You mean the red kit with the stubby tail? Sure. I'll be able to work with her balance."

(YES! I totally knew he'd get Rabbitkit XD)

Sweetfur was derping around.

(hey, I was thinking that her tail was infected when she was a few days old and they had to chop it off to save her life. Seems more realistic than her being born with it. [no offense] XD)

Cheetahblaze left the bones where they were then padded over to Thunderheart. "So, now what?" He was clueless.

Bumblewhisker rose to her paws then strode over to the warrior den, seeking anycat for company. She huffed, "A conversation would be wonderful right now."

(Skykit gets Lightningstrike?!?! O-o He's gonna have a cruddy apprentice time. Interesting how Lightningstrike and Sweetfur are mentoring the kits I rp with.)

(These cats aren't purebreds though. I'm just saying because those cats should be able to have better balance than Rabbitkit has right now.)

Brb Getting food from Subway

Foxclaw decided to mingle with some other cats. He noticed Cheetahblaze and scampered over to the tom.

(Bumblewhisker can talk to Loudstorm. The senior warriors are bffs. XD)

Loudstorm grinned at the thought of mentoring his 5th apprentice. He proudly padded to the fresh-k!ll pile.

(Sorry I popped out! Yaaaay, Loudstorm! Rabbitkit will love him!! XD Stubby and Chubby! And yeah, the cut-off-the-tail thing seems fabulous, as it indeed seems strange to have her be born without one. Great idea!)
Rabbitkit rubbed her muzzle against Steamkit in thanks. "Thanks, guys...I'll keep working on my balance. Maybe I can even walk on Raggec Tree's branches some day! Drop down into the elder's den and give Morningfinch a scare!" She chuckled, then stretched, claws kneeding the dirt in excitment.

Frostedstar skuttled away and spotted Sweetfur. "Sweetfur! Come here."

Lightningstrike stopped on his way to the she-cat and stood, staring at the approaching Frostedstar.

Sweetfur was laying beside the fresh-kiIl pile, staring blankly at her unfinished vole.

Sweetfur's head snapped up when she heard her name being called. "Yes, Frostedstar?" she mewed, limping toward her leader.

Foxclaw smiled, "Hey guys. Beautiful day, ain't it?"

Loudstorm noticed his to-be apprentice and a slight grin came across his usually-grumpy face. *This should be fun.* he thought, picking out the nuthatch he caught earlier.

(yup.)
Foxclaw smiled, "I'm great. You?" he tilted his head and swished his tail.

Frostedstar huffed, somewhat out of breath. "Has Starclan sent you any signs about who is to be the next apprentice? I mean we have 5 kits...is there any chance one of them might be destined?" (Not yet. Starclan sends a sign next RP. c;)

While waiting, Sylphapaw noticed that there was sticky sap comming from the ragged tree. she got some on her paw, and tryed wipe it off in the snow, but couldn't. she then limped on one front paw around the ragged tree, looking for something to wipe her paw on. She found a torn strip of fabric in the snow. She got most of the sap of on the corners of the rag. "Hmmm..." Sylphapaw had an idea. (lol, had to do something with her.)

Sweetfur tried sucking her stomach in, then replied, "No, Frostedstar. No signs yet," she mewed.

Sunstripe watched as Frostedstar hurried around camp. He had sat down with Loudstorm, LightningStrike, and now Sweetfur, her sister. This hinted towards one thing; an apprentice ceremony within the next few days. Sunstripe padded towards the freshki// pile and swept up a thrush. She brought it back to where she was and ate her meal. She'd be a warrior again soon.

(Sweetfur finds a kestrel feather outside of her den. [so original XD])

Loudstorm sat a few tail-lengths from the fresh-k!ll pile and began to pluck the feathers from the bird's body.

she then rolled onto her back, to take a rest before Frostedstar got there.

He acts like he always has a thorn in every paw and thistles in his fur!* Skykit looked at Lightningstrike. *He always has a scowl on his face. Can't that jerk be happy for once?*

Foxclaw sat down and licked his paw, "Y'know... those kits are getting too big to stay in the nursery for much longer... I wonder when Frostedstar's going to hold their ceremony," he meowed.

Frostedstar flicked his tail and meowed, "Alright. We'll just have to keep waiting." He padded off to find his other mentors.

Sweetfur sighed,allowing her stomach to expand again. She stood up and padded toward Lightningstrike.

Foxclaw nodded, "Yup. Riverstone's one of 'em."

Lightningstrike eyed Sweetfur suspi.ciously. "You alright?" he murmured, taking a step foward.

Steamkit began to shake with excitement. He smiled once more at his sister, and headed over to Loudstorm. "Hey Loudstorm! How are you doing today?"

Pinefur yawned from his corner of camp and gazes around camp. He huffs and nods off again, enjoying his dream about kits and butterflies. (XD Wow Pine. So manly.)

Windfur curled her paw around her weary legs and crouches down, her belly barely touching the dirt. She layed back her ears slightly in unease.

Sweetfur flicked her tail, "More or less..." she sighed, then whispered in his ear, "Lightningstrike, I have to tell you something... come into my den with me..."

(In the books, Leafpool (medcat) had kits, but made it look like Squirrelflight (her sister) had them, and Squirrelflight raised them while Leafpool just had to watch her kits grow from afar.)

Lightningstrike hissed quietly, "Don't you think this might look a bit strange? Here. I'll pretend to have stepped on a thorn and you tell me you need to put something on it." Lightningstrike lifted his large white paw to his muzzle and pretended to pull out a thorn embedded within his pad.

Riverstone was filled with questions so she padded along to the fresh -ki.ll pile trying to take her mind off things. As she ate a scrumptious mouse she noticed loud storm. "hello loudstorm do you mind me asking you a few questions?" she inquired.

"Alright..." Sweetfur muttered, then asked him to let her have a look at his paw and to step into her den.

(NUUUU THE MINI LIGHTNINGSTRIKES WILL MAKE FUN OF SYLPHAPAWS NEW NECKLACE AFTER THEY ARE BORN! [<wut?] If she still has it after a moon and a half XD)

Morningfinch hobbled into camp from the dirtplace, scruffy and bedraggled as usual, but sightly smellier. (I really don't know.)

Frostedstar sought out Bumblewhisker.

Loudstorm sighed as the cats approached him. "Can I help you?" he meowed between bites.

Pinefur stands up and shakes himself off. He looks around for anything to while away his hours with. Wandering aimlessly around camp, he trips and falls on a root, picks himeslf back up and sits next to the thick tree root.

Bumblewhisker continued to groom her fluffy fur, ridding it from any dirt and dust she might have collected.

Sweetfur took a deep breath, trying to calm her racing heart.

Frostedstar stopped as he spotted Bumblewhisker's lushous (sp...wtf?!) coat and sped over to her. "Bumblewhisker, *pant* how would you *huff* like to be a mentor?"

Spoilers galore XD (Leafpool mated w/ another tom named Crowfeather (He is totally a player btw) from another clan, after they went on this epic quest with a bunch of other cats from other clans. Ashfur once loved Squirrelflight and /somehow/ found out that her kits weren't her kits. Well, when the forest set on fire, Ashfur trapped her and her (now fully grown) kits on a burning log, and he was going to make them all burn, including himself.)

Windfur really wanted to go eat something, but, one, she wasn't hungry, and two, someone might say something negative about how the clan needed food for the hungry, not the bored. So she just sat, staring intently at the pile, hoping that maybe it would float over to her.

Lightningstrike padded after Sweetfur, trying to look as displeased as he could. "I don't need anything. It was just a thorn." he acted.

(LOL im posting something)

"But your paw looks inflamed, it could use a poultice on it, or cobwebs at least," she mewed, then entered her den.

Steamkit smiled at Loudstorm. "I was just wondering what it's like to be an apprentice!" His eyes gleamed.

Sunstripe shooke herself and wandered over to the freshki// pile again. "Steamkit, I think it would be best to leave the warriors alone, they are very busy." She said, and then winked at him.

Lightningstrike strode in after her. "What is it?" he hissed quietly.

(That, I don't remember ^-^'' sorry)

Pinefur lifted his head noticing Sunstripe. He trotted over and meowed in greeting to her and Kestrelkit. "Hello you two lovlies!" (If you couldn't tell, I don't know what to write. XD)

Bumblewhisker's heart sank as the silver tom spoke those words. *A mentor? Retirement would have been wonderful, but I guess I can hold that off for several moons, maybe seasons.* "I would love to be a mentor. Who's the lucky kit?"

Riverstone sighed "well since your lightning strikes old mentor I wanted to know why he is so w-well agitated?" Riverstone looked at loud storm with honest eyes. "please i know its not my buisness but i really would like to know!" riverstone pleaded.

Sunstripe purred a little as her mate approached. "We are well, how are you, Pinefur?" She smiled and put her tail on his flank.

"Well, er... I'm..." she looked down at her paws.

Loudstorm sighed and looked at Sunstripe. "It's alright."
He looked at the kit and meowed, "Well, many moons ago, when /I/ was your age, I wanted to be an apprentice very badly. I prayed for Starclan to let my mentor be-" he stopped himself, reminding himself about the rule. He continued, "I was so glad when I was apprenticed. Every morning I trained until the marrow of my bones ached. That's how I got to be so old. Train hard and you might live to be as old as Ragged tree." He stuffed a bite of nuthatch in his mouth.

Sylphapaw became bored and decided to go hang out near the medicine cat's den. She walked towards the den, the still wet amber on her new dry, grass 'necklace'. ( #iceclanp00p )

"Silverkit..." he meowed breathlessly. "You...would be...the best choice..."

Pinfur smiled at her and sat down in the snow. "Fine, just bored." He stared off into the wintery forest, pondering ideas of what he could possibly do.

(take out the first 'himself'...and the second one was Frostedstar)

Riverstone sighed and turned away "Iguess i will ask him myself"riverstone mumbled. Riverstone saw lightning strike head into the medicine cat den.She trotted over to the den starting to say something but stopped when she heard sweetfurs voice. Riverstone also realized that sylphapaw was outside the den too. "did you hear that sylphapaw?"she whispered.

"yeah. lets just be quiet and listen" she said.

"okay sylphapaw... i wonder what there talking about?" riverstone whispered in a hushed tone.

Bumblewhisker flicked her tail as her fur and whiskers swayed in the gentle breeze. "Why, I would love to mentor little Steamkit."

Cheetahblaze looked around, looking for /something/ to break the silence.

(Sorry, I had to go eat. Is my idea for the sign about Kestrelkit okay?)
Kestrelkit smiled at her father. "Hello!" She said cheerfully. "Betcha feel old now that we're getting apprenticed!" Kestrelkit teased. She smiled.

Skykit ended his thoughts about p00py old Lightningstrike and walked up to the fresh-k'ill pile. He picked a vole from the pile and sat down to eat.

"Lightningstrike... I'm pregnant..." the delicate she-cat mewed, not meeting his gaze.

(NO INCA YOU DON'T JUST SHOW UP PLACES WHERE THINGS ARE HAPPENING XC)

Pinefur looked down at Kestrelkit, chuckling. "I felt old when you could start to talk back to me." He licks the top of Kesteelkit's head and stands up, waving his tail languidly.

"Uh..." He felt distant as he heard those very words. *Sharing tongues? Great StarClan...* "I, er, would like to do that."

(Ok guys, JUST because YOU know what's going on doesn't mean your characters do. You don't make them go places because you want them to know secrets and stuff. Seriously. >:C)

(sorry! DX Sylpha has reasons to go to the med cats den realistically though. She has been starving so she has been hanging out at the med cats den, so she was going back. Plus, shes not telling anyone.)

Frostedstar huffed and nodded. He trotted as fast as his tired legs would go, and meowed, "Windfur?"

(okie dokie tak! would you like me to fix my comments? like i could delete them if you'd like me to)

(lol the poor leader has to go around like a messanger telling everyone who is apprenticing who XD )

Windfur pried her eyes from the k!ll pile and smiled at Frostedstar, as if she hadn't been transfixed a moment earlier. "Yes Frostedstar? Can I help you?" She stared at him, curious as to what he needed from her.

(I did...but @inca, you were SO bored and she was just p00pin around until you knew sweetfur was going to tell lightningstrike she was prego, then she went over. And you just wouldn't conclude Lightningstrike's autodad. >:T)

(i didn't conclude he was the dad. Sorry tho. )

Frostedstar stood in front of the creamy she-cat and wheezed. *Great Starclan...I'm going to lose a life!* he thought dramitically. "Would...you...like to...mentor...Kestrel...kit?"

Lightningstrike's eyes grew wide. "What?! What are we going to do Sweetfur?!" he hissed as quietly as possible. *Starclan...you /do/ hate me.*

Windfur smiles. "Yes of course Frostedstar. You know how I love little apprentices. So fluffy and cute. I remember all my apprentices. All of them." She blabbered on as if Frostedstar hadn't better things to do.

Sweetfur bit her lower lip, "We-we'll have to find some she-cat to take care of them..." she mewed quietly.

Loudstorm finished his bird and stood up to sit by the warrior's den.

Windfur smiles. "Okay, have a dandy day then Frostedstar." She sits back down and curls her tail over her paws.

(Wait, is Kestrelkit going to be a medicine cat or a warrior?)

Cheetahblaze glanced at the warriors' amber eyes. "Yeah, what is it?"

Frostedstar padded wearily off to his den to catch his breath before beginning the ceremony.

Lightningstrike showed his teeth and looked down in frustration. He prodded his mind for a plan. "I've got it..." he whispered. "There's a certain rouge I know who might be able to help us."

Sweetfur perked her ears, "R-really? Who is she?"

( Whooooo is it? a rouge? OoO )

Windfur looked around and, seeing Bumblewhisker, trotted over. "Hello there! How has your day been!?" (XD She's the cheery lady across the street that gives you cookies. I've had a neighbor like that.)

Lightningstrike shook his head. "Not "she", "he"." he mumbled.

Bumblewhisker sat up straight, trying to keep her posture. "Why hello there Windfur. I'm doing fine. What about you and your kits?"

( It couldn't be Sylpha. Lightningstrike hates her. Although, she could be considered a 'rouge' )

Cheetahblaze decided to lay down on the powdery snow. "Eh, I'm good. You?"

( I want Sylpha to help with the kits too if possible! Its not like shes doing anything interesting lately.)

Frostedstar was finally able to satisfy his hungry lungs. "I should start this soon..." he mumbled to himself.

Loudstorm plopped down outside the warrior's den and began grooming himself.

Windfur sat as well, her fur slightly frazzled. "I've been good... but I need to talk to my kits. Haven't done so in a while." She chuckles. "They're probably avoiding me."

(dood, if anyone toutched his kits, he'd k!ll them fo real.)

Sweetfur blinked, "But what will the kits eat? They need milk... but... I have to eat parsley so I'll be dry, that way nobody knows..."

Bumblewhisker laughed at the sand-colored warrior's remark. "Oh, I'm sure they're doing fine. Although Cheetahblaze has been quite jumpy..." She shook her head. "Anyway, I'm sure my kit Pinefur is doing alright. He is the deputy, you know." She chuckled lightly to herself, full of pride.

(where is everyone? None of the kits are even here. D:)

Cheetahblaze gulped hard. *Licking me? Ewewewewewew...* "Yeah, I'm fine."

(Meh, I'd just do it w/o them. In AuroraClan we give others permission to RP each others characters while we're gone, so we can keep things moving.)

Windfur nods. "You must be super proud." She turns to see Cheetahblaze across the camp. "I would talk to him... but he seems busy." She draws up her mouth in an expression of casual dissapointment.

Riverstone walked towards a tree and layed under it. She stayed there quietly mumbling to herself. *hmm maybe i should just ask lightning strike himself i really dont understand why he is always so agitated?*

Lightningstrike whispered, "Don't worry. He told me /his/ mate is close to kitting. She's only about moon ahead of you by the looks of it." he sighed somewhat relieved.

(brb taking out dogs)

Sweetfur sighed in relief, "Oh, thank StarClan..." she mewed.

(This is more of a Bluestar thing right naow. XD Cool!)

Frostedstar leapt onto his usual "announcing branch" and yowled, "Let all cats old enough to catch their own prey gather beneath Ragged tree for a clan meeting."

Lightningstrike twisted his head and meowed, "Let's go..."

"Don't worry, the grow up so fast. It's unpredictable what will happen to them. Such as Pinefur being deputy."

(I'm so sorry, my mom dragged me to town! Here now, though!)
Rabbitkit shivered in the chill, then stood up slowly and trotted to the nursery, rubbing her head against Sunstripe's flank. "Pinefur's so strong, Sunstripe! Did you hear how he ki//ed a giant snake to save the clan today? That's how his paw got hurt!" She sat beside her mother, purring. "I wanna be a warrior as strong as him, and as smart as Morningfinch! Not as smelly, though..."

Lightningstrike's eyes turned dark. He looked straight at Sweetfur. "There is nothing to thank /them/ for. They caused this."

Cheetahblaze heared Frostedstar's yowl then headed over to the ragged tree.

Bumblewhisker trotted over to the ancient tree then sat down.

Sylpha hurried over towards Frostedstar. "You were supposed to come to the ragged tree but you didn't! I waited there almost this entire time." Sylpha said. The amber flashed on her new accesory.

(back) Riverstone heard the yowls of her leader. "ooh is it time already?"riverstone said delightedly. She bounded over to the ragged tree and sat in the front with glittering eyes.

She gazed at Frostedstar in curiousity as he announced a meeting. *Nocat is hurt, right? Maybe another apprentice is a warrior, or....* She perked up at the possibility. *Or we're gona be apprentices!!* The small red kit bounced slightly in place, then stilled herself, trying to not look too excited.

Windfur hopped to the tree, Pinefur slightly limped and old Morningfinch hobbled to it, his fat belly swinging below his knees.

Sunstripe smiled widely at Rabbitkit. "Pinefur certainly is something to admire, as is Morningfinch. I am certain you'll be just as great as them!" She wrapped her tail around Rabbit kit and walked towards the Ragged tree. "I'm very proud of you, Rabbitkit." She nudged her kit forward towards the front of the crowd. Her eyes glitt'ered with tears of pride, her kits were growing so fast.
Steamkit rushed towards Ragged tree, and settled down besides Rabbitkit. He looked back to see his cream mother's eyes sparkling with intense emotion.

Sweetfur winced, the gathered with the others.

Foxclaw, who had been eating, finished quickly and gathered with the others, sitting beside Riverstone.

(I'm here! My mum dragged me to fold clothes. What'd I miss?)

Frostedstar meowed down to Sylphapaw, "I will speak with you /after/. If no one is dying, it may wait."

( @Quad: All your warriors are invalid! And so adorable! XD )

Pinefur was bursting with pride. His kits made into apprentices! He purred quietly to himself and waved his tail in pleasure.

Lightningstrike sat closer to the others than he usually would.

Loudstorm got up and padded over to Ragged tree and plopped down ready for the news.

(Jeez. Our parents like to keep us from our rps.)
Kestrelkit and Skykit scampered to the crowd, curious to see what the meeting was about.
"Do youmthink we're getting apprenticed?!" Skykit asked Steamkit.

( Happybrick and I seem to always do things wrong... Im not trying to be hard! Q-Q )

(XD Yeah, I try and make them funny, for a break in seriousness. But they can be serious too.)

Rabbitkit was frozen as Sunstripe pushed her to the front of the clan, and Steamkit sat beside her. *It's happening!* The kit almost squealed out loud, then glanced back at her mother, suprised to see her tearing up. Suddenly Rabbitkit felt a hollowness in her stomach. *I won't share a nest with my siblings anymore!*

Frostedstar grinned and continued. "Cats of Iceclan, we have been gathered here to celebrate the beginning of a new generation of warriors amongst our proud clan. This is one of the most important ceremonies a cat can experience. Rabbitkit, Skykit, Kestrelkit, and Streamkit please step foward." With that, he leapt from the tree and stood in front of the clan. He motioned for the chosen mentors to approach as well.

(dad said to get off im sorry guys he is yelling at me to turn off my 3ds sorry guys bye.......)

Bumblewhisker followed Frostedstar's signal and approached, her eyes glimmering with pride. She held her head high and her tail loosely swaying.

Loudstorm padded over and stood next to Frostedstar, waiting for the kit he would now call his apprentice.

Lightningstrike sauntered to the front and stood beside the other cats looking bored.

Windfur stood and slowly waltzed up to the tree, a huge smile plastered on her face. Even if she'd had many apprentices, this never got old.

Steamkit, fit to burst, stepped forward. He was shaking he was so excited to know who his mentor would be!

Sweetfur watched with glimmering eyes, *One day those will be my kits up there....*

Foxclaw nodded a hello to the she-cat.

Kestrelkit and Skykit walked up to the front. They were giddy with excitement. Both were excited to finally be apprentices.

Frostedstar nodded and prosceded. "Kits of Iceclan, are you ready to begin your apprenticeship? Are you prepaired to serve your clan and fellow clanmates?" (you may kiss the bride now XD) Frostedstar addressed all 4 kits.

(He has intense emotions XD)

Despite Steamkit's shaking, his voice was firm. "I am." He took on a serious expression, and shoved his ears forward.

Frostedstar smiled as he waited for all the kits to commit to their new responsibilities.

Wimdfur was shaking she was so excited. She felt that she looked like a kit, though, and stopped on account of the whole clan staring at them. She shrunk a little.

Bumblewhisker briefly looked at the gray kit and grinned. *He'll be fun to train.*

Cheetahblaze looked at the kitts with wonder. He recalled his apprenticeship ceremony.

Skykit grinned. "I am."
Kestrelkit looked intently at Frostedstar, determined to stay calm. "I am."

(I have to go in a moment as well. ^^' )
Rabbitkit was so excited she felt as if she could leap higher than the trees, and land on her paws. "I am, Frostedstar." She mewed, eyes bright. She gazed at the cats chosen as mentors, and wondered which would teach HER. Her eyes darkened a bit as she looked at Lighteningstrike, but she beamed at the others openly.

(I just want to say this, I love the cats on the ^pic I like that some are smiling XD I'm weird)

Frostedstar nodded and meowed, "Than kits, from this day until you become warriors, you shall be known as Rabbitpaw, Skypaw, Kestrelpaw, and Streampaw. May Starclan guide your paws." he stepped foward and toutched his nose to each of their heads and let them toutch his shoulder with their noses. He stepped back and announced, "Rabbitpaw, your mentor shall be Loudstorm. Treat him with the respect he deserves. Kestrelpaw, your mentor shall be Windfur. Work well with her. Streampaw, your mentor is to be Bumblewhisker. She knows best, so heed her advice. And Skypaw, your mentor shall be Lightningstrike. He may seem unkind, but he is a very good teacher."

Bumblewhisker looked down at Steampaw, filled with pride. "Hello, young 'paw'."

Windfur smiled slightly at her new apprentice. She waved her tail slightly in pleasure and couldn't wait to get to training.

Loudstorm had a half smile on his face as he stepped in front of his new apprentice. *Still as great as the last 4 times.*

Lightningstrike stepped in front of his new apprentice and stared blankly at him.

Steamkit looked at his new mentor, Bumblewhisker. His eyes lit up, he didn't get /LightningStrike/, but a kind, well seasoned warrior. He took a few steps forward and leaned in towards Bumblestripe to touch noses. He closed his eyes tight, he was estatic with Frostedstar's choice for him, and his new name. /Steampaw... perfect./

Sweetfur grinned, she longed for an apprentice, but knew that as a medicine cat it was a possibility she would not have one for quite some time.

(I've been lied to this whole time! XD I thought it was Streamkit this whole time. XD)

Loudstorm leaned down and toutched his nose to Rabbitpaw's.

As Bumblewhisker and Steampaw touched noses she recalled her apprentice ceremony many seasons ago. *Bumblekit, Bumblepaw, then Bumblewhisker. Steamkit, Steampaw, StarClan knows what his warrior name will be.* "You're in safe paws, Steampaw. There is so much to learn."

Steamkit smiled at his mentor. "I can't wait to learn it all from you, Bumblewhisker!" He turned around to look at his mother again, she was smiling but crying. He turned back to his mentor. "Tonight is going to be amazing, I couldn't sleep if I wanted to, I'm so excited to train!"

Kestrelpaw's (so not used to typing 'paw' instead of 'kit') heart sank when she realized she would not be medicine cat apprentice. But she forced a smile and tried to look happy as she touched noses with Windfur.

Skypaw almost reeled in shock. *L-Lightningstrike?!?!* He shakily stepped forward and touched noses with the heterochromatic cat who was about to be his mentor.

Sunstripe was the first to chant, "Rabbitpaw! Kestrelpaw! Skypaw! Steampaw!"

Windfur touched her nose to the young apprentice's nose, purring. "Hopefully we'll have fun as well as learn valuable skills."

Pinefur joined in with his mate, chanting the new apprentice's names. He smiled. Not only were they new apprentices, but his very own kits.

Frostedstar and Loudstorm chanted with the rest of the clan, "Rabbitpaw! STEAMpaw! Skypaw! Kestrelpaw!"

Lightningstrike just sat down staring at his new apprentice.

"Rabbitpaw! Skypaw! Kestrelpaw! Steampaw!" Cheetahblaze began chanting loudly but made sure to not overpower Sunstripe's chant.

Foxclaw and Sweetfur joined in the chanting.

Bumblewhisker chanted, "Rabbitpaw! Skypaw! Kestrelpaw! Steampaw!" She did her best to chant Steampaw's name the loudest.

"Rabbitpaw! Skypaw! Kestrelpaw! Steampaw!"

(Seems like SkyPAW and KestrelPAW are both disappointed about their mentors.) Skypaw looked at all of his clanmates shouting his and his siblings's names. *I can deal with Lightningstrike.... I guess I just hafta say the right things to not get on his bad side. That's gonna be hard.....*

Frostedstar watched as the newly named apprentices were surrounded by their clan.

Frostedstar still sitting, still staring. He followed Skypaw with his multicolored eyes with that blank expression plastered on his face.

Skykit just stood in front of his new mentor, still shocked. He just stared blankly at Lightningstrike. He didn't know what to do.

Lightningstrike opened his jaws and meowed, "You better not scr3w up."
