It's actually drawn with the reference image on the top screen but tracing obviously wouldn't work. If you watch the movie and take a picture, it's blurry and the colors bleach. Not to mention how many F*Ing times i had to erase patches and redo them. i zoomed in all the way painting small screens of pixels, definately learned what NOT to do next time.
