This is Maria from Sonic X. She never really appeared. She was Shadow the Hedgehog's friend, but when Dr. Eggman's Grandfather was taken to jail Marie was take away from Shadow. She's Eggman's cousin. One of her parents must've been a sibling to one of Eggman's parents, who were both Gerald's children. Basically, cousins share the same set of grandparents, but they're not siblings. Ya tracking?
