Well, I finally decided to give these little guys a name and a backstory, so lets begin...

These little were nicknamed Swapnoters, since they deliver swapnotes all over. They are a reptilian(spelling error?) race that come in many shapes and sizes, but in all common, they have green marking on bodys, usually around their faces. Also, the uniform that they wear usually consist of a scarf and over-size jacket. After the closing of Swapnote, they were tooken by the company #swapnoters
