I re-uploaded cuz after I just uploaded I saw so many things wrong with it. Fixed up some colouring and the fire.

Anyways, the reason I want this Shiny Cyndaquil is that my first Pokemon in SoulSilver was a Cyndaquil. (the typical choice) I remember how good Typhlosion was and I kinda wanna remake him knowing properly how. With some new style and SWAAG brutha!
