Lucintia woke to see her face smushed into her book "Dynasty of Magicians." Her eye groggily opened, and she let the blur come to a somewhat clear appearance. She huffed angrily. "I didn't expect that to be a fiction." She said, then slammed it shut. She would plan to read tomes for more knowledge. She needed more knowledge. More magic was more power, after all.

Lucien stood alert on his perch, pure granite and coa.rse under his talons. The snowy land illuminated by the white of the moon and the trees casting eerie shadows in the night. His pupils dialated, the owl mix slowly turned his head round, scouting for any of his bretheren.

Ricardio slid through the night air, his magnificent cloak billowing out above him. He smirked to himself at the quiet of tonight. It would aid him in hearing anything stirring, especially prey. His long whiskers twitched, trying to pick up the vibrations of sound. (He has no ears, so his sensitive whiskers fill that role.)

The cool night air gently touched the hill where Kroken sat, looking at the stars. He sighed at the gentle gliss of the night, he hadn't had a peacful tim since he was 180! As he leaned back to get some shut eye he heard a noise "not again" his deep voice booming. A bunny emerged from the bushes, Kroken sighed "just a rabbit..." he leaned back again and shut his eyes.

Lucien tilted his head. Scuffling. Squeaks. A shreik. His eyes narrowed and he spread his wings, the breeze ruffling the stiff, yet soft feathers on them. He lifted off in one powerful, silent sweep and and hovered a quiet second before heading towards the sound. A troll, attacking a rabbit. He turned from the two and scoped the land with his powerful night eyes. (This is fantasy, so feel free to add mythological creatures in. ouo)

A young griffin soared through the air, keeping a watchful eye on the land below her. The gleam of her sharp eyes somewhat illuminated in the dark night. As she flew through the clouds she sighed. She had never been in such a wonderful place.

Lucintia's head swiveled. The make shift book holder of the rock she was using was warm for her sleeping there too long. She gave look at the sky. "I've been sleeping that long?" She frowned. "It's already night.. I've been inactive." She spread her wings, and the plumes seemed to shiver in the wind. She started to take off into the sky. "Perhaps for some hunting." She thought. She would have to depend on sound. Her eye, nor her magic could help with that.

yay! Aerie is a cream dragon with gold markings

Ricardio soared just under the snow clouds, the cold water causing him to shiver. Even if he did have fur, he'd always be a reptile, no matter how much magic he applied to himself. (XD He's a frost mage, yet hates the cold.) He swerved downwards to his base. It was carved into the red cliff, intricate patterns and pictures of the ancient dragons, most holding magnificent weapons and treasures.

Lucien drfited through the trees as silent as the snow itself, his owl feathers making sure of that. He glided lower and lower to the ground until he skidded across the powder and sending a wave of snow fly behind him. He halted, his large back paws grabbing hold of a buried rock.

she's a Wyvern whicg means she is practically imune to any elemental ability (true fact search it up i read about dragons XD)

Lucintia heard a flap of wings behind her. Not the soft, plumed flap of a bird, but with a leathery "Flulf"(<- OOC :T) sound. "A-a dragon?!" She thought. She swilred her head, slightly ingnoring the noisy flier. She heard the iconic "sheeikaw" of a coc.katrice. "A lesser dragon. Whew, I think I shall be able to get it off my tracks. Just don't look at it." She flew in a sharp angle, giving a angry cry, talons foward, attempting not to stare into it's eyes.
OOC Co.ckatrices in my headcanon are "lesser" dragons, not as intelligent as most. Smaller in stature, and more likely to attack brashly. Quadri, is that an okay headcanon? :T

He turned his body, now, and sprinted through the snow, his snow leopard body making the ride easy. He skidded to a stop and spotted a gryphon being chased by the co.ck-headed monster. He trilled, "You need help?!"

Aerie aroused her wing bent back in an awkward position but her scales shimmered in the pale sunlight. She wondered what Ricardio would have her do to help the dragons crush the gryffons. Hers scales electrified slightly and she skimpered out of her cave, her blue armor glistened as she proudly puffed her chest.

Her name was Amazon. Amazon wanted to serve her kind the best she could. Her parents were in another area far from her current one helping out in the war against the dragons. Amazon had offered her leader to stay and train.

It was a cozy niche in the wall, half hidden by stone. He now used his stumpy legs and hobbled over to his desk. He picked up the gryphon feather pen and started to write. "All able-bodied dragons, heed my call! We are in need of recruits! Our army shall not fall to the beastial monsters known as gryphons!"

The gryffon began preforming the sky drop, taking it slow and making sure shewasn't going fast. She did a series of several flips, failing the first few times. "And land." She grasped the wooden bark of a tree.

Lucien huffs as he sees the gryphon fall. "You! Can you stand!?" He eyes the mass of feathers. It had picked a fight with a coc.katrice, so it must have some kind of warrior instinct. He took a step forward.

Indcendia spread her wings and streched. although young, she was a master of magic. Bored, she decided she would use her gem finding magic to find a crystal for the leader. Surely he would like a gift!
(le infos about her) Since Incendia has very nimble hands, she helps make the jewelery and tools for the other dragons. She is very fluffy, and her wings do not have webbing. intead, she has special hair that is feather like and is used for flying on her wings. Although she is a kind of dragon suited for cold weather, she is very good at fire magic. Incendia invented a metal and gem finding type if magic when she was little, and uses it to find stuff for armor and decorations. She has a staff made of gold with a very large sphereical sapphire at the top of it, and she wears lots of gold jewelery with diamond, emerald and sapphire insets.

Lucinta opened her eye. A white figure appeared before her. "A gryphon?" She murmered, then stood up. Her left leg bucked a bit. "Augh. Well, I guess I can." Her eye finally cleared. "A snowy gryphon? I haven't seen your kind since I was in the Coldmouths. (mountains) Darn those dragons!" She huffed angrily, and some feathers puffed into an agressive state. "Well, since you bothered to intel about my health, I would be fine to inform you about myself. I am Lucintia Tyto Tenebricosa, of the far lands. (Austrailia XP)" She said to Lucien.

Aerie was flushed out of her cave as a gryphon invaded. She clenched her claws into the soft earth and held her position "Get out of her you mangy gryphon" she screached. Then the glossy bird raked its talons into her flank, as she let out a horrifying scream Aerie sent the bird flying use electricity as her shield. Her electric currents sindged the bird's feathers as it was sent flying (this gryphon had no special abilities)

Incendia tapped a few inset crystals on her staff, and the sapphire on top began to glow. she had basically made a 'pa.ss.w.ord' on her staff that made it so others couldnt use it if they stole it from her. She began walking around the edges of the dragon territory, when suddenly, her staff vibrated so much that she almost dropped it. "Wow what could that be?" she said to herself.

Lucintia gives Lucien a hard glint. (OOC: in her only eye XD) "It would be my pleasure." she says, letting her feathers de-fluff. "Dragons caused.. Well, the complete and utter blindness in my right eye." She says, with a tone like sharp metal in her voice.

Ricardio signed the bottom of the note with his signature, recited the 'Clone' incantation and ended up with many copies. He called for his servant, a flying baboon and sent him to scatter the notes through the forest, nailed to trees. (XD Yes, a flying baboon.)

Nikkitanah opens her eyes and finds herself in a un-familliar place and stands up . she looks at her wings becoming to frostbite she spreads her wings and boosts into the sky . she over looks the clear snowy mountains and snowy trees . she spots a Gryphon and Dives down to see who it is . her nostrils start to smoke . she sinks her claws into a branch and watches the two . she jerks trying to make a desicion . -should i hurt them or stay , hurt ? stay ? hurt ? stay ? ugh ! i cant take it !- she jumps off the branch landing on lucefeir (sp?) and spits a small amount of acid on his head she grabs her claws into his arm .

"That'll teach you to invade my home, trying to steal my maps, gems, and other treasures" she said hoarsly

Amazon perched on a sturdy tree branch. Few leaves were on the ancient tree, for winter weather was upon them. She scanned the area with her /slightly/ illuminating eyes in case if any dragon comes.

Aerie spotted one of Ricardio's messages and snat.ched it off a tree. Then she flew full speed towards the red cave where Ricardio stayed.

Lucintia starts to spread her wings, then turns to Lucient. "I'll attempt to scout ot others." Before she takes off, she stares at him. "By the way, you haven't informed me of your name." She says.

Nikkitanah grabs his neck and throws him to the floor and flys back into the tree . she ruffels her feathers and crawls into the leaves and stalks them both .

Incendia pointed her staff at the ground. she raised her staff to the sky and a chunk of dirt rose up from the ground and hovered. she put the pile of dirt aside and pulled up a few more clumps. she then 'scanned' the dirt, hoping to find the gem. it wasn't in the pile! Incendia then waved her staff over the hole and it vibrated again. 'It must be pretty big if it gives my staff such strong vibrations so deep in the ground.' she thought.

Aerie folded her wings back and stood before Ricardio and dipped her head in respect "I am Aerie and wish to serve in your army. My skills will be aplied to battle with brute force and no mercy unless told otherwise"

Lucien turns his head, another gryphon screech ringing through the cold winter air. He lifted off, out of the powder and flew in the direction of it. "Hail! Interested in fighting dragons!?" ( @Canine)

A smile crept across Ricardio's slender face. "That's what I like to hear... now, you must be cold. Warm ypur talons by the light of the hearth, then we may discuss your position." He turned towards the great hall.

Incendia pulled up some more dirt, and scanned this pile too. this time, her staff vibrated so vi.ol.e.ntl.y that she dropped her staff this time and fell back. "WOOAHH" Incendia got up again and brushed the dirt off of her blue, black, purple and pink fur. She picked up her staff and began sorting through the dirt. something shiny caught her eye...

Cinty was a traveling magic scholar. She can use all the elements, but most are weak, exept Electricity and Ice. She's exteremly weak to physical attacks, and she's small in size, but speedy enough to doge some attacks.

Amazon quickly took to the sky, leaving traces of a few white feathers behind. She opened her eyes and took in the beautiful view of the starry sky. Although the clouds blocked part of the view it was paradise to the young flyer.

Ricardio sat by the hearth, staring at the flames. He'd always been interested in fire, but had been born with hightened ice magics, so he dealt with it. He then turned to Aries. "Well, how would you like to be a soldier?"

Lucintia eyed a gryphon flying with grace and poise, yet with deadly, swift moves. She gave a friendly shreet to the gryphon. "You seem to have exellent flying skills." She said, while staring at the gryphon. "Would you like to use those for the purpose of the defeat of the dragons, perhaps?" She asked her, wings sailing.

Lucien chuckles, a rare sound from him. "While I admire your readyness, I'm afraid no dragons are around. You'd know by the way they destroy everything in their way."

"I would like that but I prefer taking charge but not always" Aerie replied as she looked into the what seemed to be eternal flame. She had always been able to use most elements but was born to use the power of electricity.

Ricardio eyed the dragon and chuckled. "I suppose old Grelod needs to rest. She's worked her bu.tt off for me for over 180 years. You may be second in command."

Kroken awoke to the sound of wings flapping "a griffon?!" he said as he rushed outside to see. He saw the letter nailed to one of the trees, " time to smash some heads i guess " he said, grining widely, he lept up and started flying towards the base. he watched the snowy ground beneath him, and kept a steady eye to it, to make sure he wasen't seen.

Nikittanah snorts ." Ha ! yeah ... like i wouldn't be able to get hurt during a battle . pfft !"

Lucien huffed, and glided down to the snow, landing quietly in the soft powder. "Well, show me by telling every gryphon you see or know. Then I shall consider allowing you to join."

"oh my...." Incendia lifted up the filthy chunk of crystal with ger staff. she used some water magic to pull some water out of the air. she rinsed the crystal off, and it was a perfectly round opague purple and red orb.( the red is swirled around the purple) "that is my biggest find yet! its twice as big as a european dragon's egg!" (<twice a basketball's size) She said aloud. She then sorted through more if the dirt, and found 10 ping pong ball sized orblike crytals. they were all different colors. (pink, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black, grey and clear.) "im definetly comming back here!" she said. she then covered the hole with the rest of the dirt and realized it would be too hard to try to carry it all home. she then noticed that the ten smaller crystals were all gravitating towards each other. 'thats weird...' she thought

Aerie's emerald eyes shimmered with pride as she said calmly with a hint of excitement "Really?! Thats wonderful. I shall serve you to the best of my abilities but one small question, where are my sleeping quarters?"

Amazon quickly turned her head to the greeting gryphon. She went for a plunge, slowing down as she neared the ground. Amazin rested her paws and talons on the soft earth ground and tucked her wings. "Who are you?!" She screeched.

Ricardio motioned to the hall way outside. "Beside mine, Aries, the one that only has the bed and torches."

Lucien puffed up his feathers. "Don't be so brash. I bet you one dragon's bite could crush your neck. Being overconfident is good, but being a braggart is certain death. NOW LEAVE! Go find me gryphons and you shall be considered." His golden eyes blazed in the night, his beak partially open and his tail lashing.

Lucintia stared softly at the suprized gryphon. "I'm sorry, I'm not one for introductions. I am Lucintia Tyto, and I am helping recuit members for the gyphonic army." She looks down, sighing. "I am sorry to startle you like that. Honestly. We are recruiting members to defeat the menace known to most as dragons. Would you join our crusade?" She says.

Kroken neared the base then landed on the cliff cut out of the wall. He went to the nearest door and nocked on it, his rocky hands tripling the sound of the nock. He then sat down and waited.

Incendia noticed that the crystals could conn.ect together, like magnets! she arranged them into a necklaceish fasion, and put them on. 'how stylish!' she thought. she decided to use her staff to levitate the giant crystal. Incendia found a few large diamonds along the way home, and when she returned home, she set her findings down on her table to look at them.

Ricardio turned to the door from down the hallway. He lifted his feet off the ground and hovered over to it. He opens the door. "And you've seen my message as well, I presume?"

Amazon looked at Lucintia. "Fight dragons? Of course I would! I'd do anything to get rid of those beasts who k!lled my uncle. I'm in!"

Kroken answered with a nod "yes, i've come to smash the heads of griffons!" he gave out a deep chuckle.

Aerie nodded and went through the hall into her dwelling.

Ricardio grinned. "Well, then come inside. Those feathered beasties need their heads bashed in." He turned from the dragon and floated down the hall to a large room, constructed out of wooden rafters and red clay walls. "This is where the soldiers sleep. Pick an indent in the ground, and sleep."

Lucintia smiles. "Then, shall we take off? Our general shall be awaiting us." She said spreading her wings. The plumes of her wings flowed softly, to the wind's breeze.

"thanks!" Kroken replied as he walked in, the clay felt good under his claws. He sat down in the last indent, and started sleeping.

Amazon gave a confident smile. She unfolded her wings, the brown feathers moving in the cold breeze. She looked at the gryphon, waitng for her signal to take flight.

Aerie suddenly opened her eyes as wide as they could open "My treasures!" she said flabergasted "I left them in my old dwelling" then she shot out of her new home and quickly got to the snowy cavern where she once slept. She grasped all her items and stuffed them in several sachels, then zoomed back. "Now it will be just like my old home" she murmured as she settled in.

Ricardio turned and headed back to the great hall. It's high ceilings were wooden, and in that wood was many motifs. He curled into a slinky coil by the fire and started to doze off.

Lucintia spread her wings out wide. "The general should be in the forest. Are you ready to lift off?" She asked Amazon.

Incendia went outside, still holding a diamond. she then noticed a gryphon limping along through the snow. since it was too late to hide, Incindia, being kind, asked her if she was alright. (Incendia is a peace loving hippie who lives by herself in the woods XD)

The dragon in turn let out a long hiss, a thin stream of smoke beginning to air out of it's nostrils. Now Paksahara knew for sure that this was indeed a fire dragon - exactly what she had suspected and feared. Clacking her beak in a somewhat indignant manner, she puffed her feathers and glared up at the dragon. "If you'll wait a second, kind gentleman..." Turning around, she took a notebook out of her knapsack and began sketching a rather clumsy sketch of the now seething dragon. "Almost... done.." she muttered, her eyes flashing with determination. "There!" Finishing off with her small initials, she showed the drawing to the dragon. "Spitting image, don't you think?" The dragon's eyes narrowed to red slits as it breathed a small amount of fire on the picture, the smoke like a strange wall between Paksahara and the dragon. "Thought you'd say that." she replied, grinning. "Well, better be off. Got a busy schedule in wars, ya know?" A small silver and bronze streak, she spread her wings and abruptly spread them, smirking as the wingless dragon below hee bellowed in frustration.

Incendia heard a faint help. 'what is it this time?' she thought as she went towards the voice.

Lucien nods. "Yes, if you feel like sleeping. I do. Almost day..." He flitted up to the largest hole and crawled in. He curled up in his nest, his trinkets and things surrounding him.
