Snow Fairy Ballet Dress Design by D.D.
I was watching The Nutcracker (the dance) the other day, and noticed that the Snow Fairies dresses did not contrast very well with the backround of the stage. So I drew one a little more icy blue. Then, I added a tiara and wand to make it more interesting.
