well if you want to burn fat, cardio is what you want, like walking, jogging, and swimming. though depending on where you live that could be troublesome unless if you have a treadmill
Drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables, yogurt and fruit, basically stay away from junk food, walk at least 20 minutes everyday, yknow just be active, and doing squats, push ups and skipping rope. Well, that's what I did at least haha. Cardio workouts work best.. Find something you'd enjoy doing, swimming, dancing, something to get you moving... And running on a treadmill (with an incline) while doing something like being on a laptop or 3ds works the best lol I did that for awhile
Excersise regulary every day. Eat healthy and try to avoid fatty foods, salt and sugar. So no fries, burgers, sweets & Soda ect. Check the label if you have any doubts.
My thighs are really fat tho.. As long as they're mostly/all muscle and aren't just big fatty fat sacks (what a charming description,..) I'll be happy.. What I meant by the 2nd pic is that I'm mucled and tight. Not chubby and jiggly

though i can't really give proof that this works since i read this a year or two ago and i don't really like jogging.

But! Thigh gaps really have to do with bone structure! Theres no guarantee youll get one without hurting yourself u-u
