I would strongly suggest you color a layer underneath, rather on the same layer, so as not to mess up the black lines. (Unless you want to of course) Once you are done coloring, then slap the colored layer onto the black line layer. (unless of course you havnt shaded or w/e yet, then don't slap them all together yet)
