ok so im not sure if i should upload this one once its finnished. its a painting i did a year ago for a book im currently writing, i just dont want it to be taken. not saying anyone is a theif but id rather be safe then sorry. i might upload it once i get the original copyrighted, its my own painting straight from imagination, no referances used. anyone know what i should do?

and yes I agree on not uploading it until you atleast get a copyright. Theives are always hiding about in this website *looks around with dark glare*

I dont know much about copyrights, but I must say this is outstanding! do it to protect your work, but I think it would be pretty hard to duplicate this masterpiece. atleast on here. :D your writeing a book! please let me know when its published! :)

I enjoy writing a lot, and this is a great setting! I also understand that you don't want to share too much of it until it is copywrited. You don't want other people taking credit for your own creativity. But I can already see that the finished picture is going to be incredible! :)

Your art is beautiful!
You can copywrite, but if you read all the"lawyer-ese" that Nintendo uses when you own a 3DS, it makes it sound as though they have the rights to anything uploaded on their systems.
