One who's heart has been broken before, and thus is guarded against love. One who wishes to love again, but is afraid to try. One who is afraid to trust, lest her heart be broken once more.

seeing everyones broken hearts. shattered broken played with torn at ripped apart torn out. all the people hurting over this emtion...this thing.....love *spits the word out* locking your heart away from all of that, having enough to cry about. that emotion is just one more unneeded pain.
