Care to elaborate? The butterfly wings like Rarity's you mean? They seem to sprout from high on the middle back, a little lower than Pegasi ones, but don't seem very attached according to the screens I'm looking at. It could be animation errors, but more likely it's cuz they're magic and don't need to be physically attached. (Not like such wings would really be able to support a pony.) They look like they float an inch or two away from the body. I don't know if that's what you were asking?
