i just wanted to make another friend. are my only two friends aloud to be just them? i dont want to lose them

sometimes friends come and go and theres not much we can do
they dont need to be your only friends
but sometimes people hang with newer friends more than
old ones so they feel left out,,

i know the feeling of being left behind but i moved past it
if you want a new friend you should be allowed to make them!! :(
