SnowClaw, a Rahktar raised in the Ice Region, is in charge of delivering everybody's offerings to the Creator. He uses his special Majik to teleport and move at breakneck speeds. Whenever he isn't busy, he likes to repair broken, abandoned toys and give them to children. Unfortunately, he's a bit old and tends to forget peoples' names among other things.
