Well, I might not be excacly IOO, could be a few levels lower, but I'll try to get there nvn

A. Put one or two pokemon in the Day care (make sure they don't have eggs)
B. Go to Lumiose city (if you don't know it in English, it's that reeaaallyy big city in the middle of the reigon) and go to the prism tower circle in the middle. Go on your bike.
C. Put your 3ds on a flat surface and put tape on either the left or right side of your... uh... forget what it was called, but that pad underneath your circle pad thingy on your 3ds. Just to be safe, add on a heavier object over the tape. Place it so the game goes around Prism Tower at Lumiose (using your bicycle) all by itself.

D. Charge your 3ds and leave it for a long period of time, for example while you sleep.

Ok, so I'll explain this. Pokemon put in the Day care level up depending on how many steps you take. If your biking around that circle in Lumiose all night, you'll get A LOT of steps!! They usually don't level up right to IOO though. Say you put a lvl 2O in there, it would probably go to 7O or somethin.
