Also if you need to add it, link between worlds is when zelda loses conrol of his life, starts using great fairy dust. everything turns flat and colorful, and they suddenly wake up in another country. I think it goes BEFORE link to the past. After his "trip" he realized he was a furry, leading to events in LttP.
