I used to stay up all night and hide behind the couch in the living room just to watch my mom play Ocarina of Time!
The day she gave me the controller, I felt like Cloud Strife receiving the Buster Sword from Zack Fair; I became the next in line to maintain the family tradition of Female Gamers. I... was the chosen one!!!
(No lie, dude. I'm the only female gamer in my whole family besides my mother. It was a MASSIVELY HUGE DEAL to receive the controller from her that night. I choked up.)
