He has Haematophilia, or Hematolagnia. Idk. Both of them were there. Well, now I don't have to explain what his issue is to people.
Aside from that, yes. He has a mouth that opens on his chest. Though I don't think it can speak so... I think that's why he has the speech collar. Which is one of the only electronic technologies that exist in the Nightmarayyn dimension. That I've seen anyways.
