His name is Tekkle,and he runs the main ticket booth for the circus.He's an old friend of Paskem's Mom.When she was told she couldn't be a pirate anymore at age 16 she left the ship to find something else to do.
She ran into to his territory,and when she heard him coming,sliced his right blade hand clean off.It grew as a regular hand after that.He told her he was supposed to protect her,and so he lived.
They almost had/ve romantic stuff but she got married.

When his emotions are heightened,like anger or pain,his eyesight splits into seven to better deal with the problem
When Paskem was little,his (step)Mom told him that if was out after hours,Tekkle would gobble him up.
