Nei by Charii
Havent drawn Nei for a bit so I thought I'd do a quick picture.. which turned out to take a lot longer!
Thought I'd try doing one without a black outline for once, I guess its not too bad. Oh and she has no wings here, simple because I couldn't get them to look right in this pose

Wow, looks really epic! It looks so smooth. I kinda like it better without outlines.
