Third rival: Evil Cecilia
Final boss: Atil A
The way this works is that every character has three rivals, all of which they battle in their arcade mode. The first two they team up with, while the third is a sworn enemy. Everybody has the same final boss. Beating every character's arcade mode unlocks Story Mode. Think Subspace Emissary.
