No it's not stupid. I feel the same way. Like when dumb people tear off the tree leaves. Its like, why are they doing that. I always say "how would they like it if someone came and started to pull out there hair or something." I know how you feel. Plus get use to the teasing, I'm the oldest and I even find myself teasing my siblings. I don't like but it seems to just come out. Every family goes through it I think...unless your a single child, then no.
Also I didn't really hangout will people in school. Only my close friends. I'm not going to be a poser and just hangout with just anyone. But I was that kid who was really quite but was still somehow "the cool kid" as the children would call it. But I was the one who would hangout with you as long as we had something in common or was nice to me and everyone else...and by that I mean not a bully.
