So, he's a Goovee, or a Goomy/Eevee hybrid, created by scientific means just to see what the combination would bring. He's very docile and friendly, wouldn't even hurt a fly, honestly. He'll munch on most anything, he's not very picky. Doesn't see himself as a hybrid, but rather thinks that he's a completely different species (clueless, much?).
