After 15 failed experiments, Team Rocket went for a different approach: better control. Subject 16, codename Peaches, was bred and combined with an Espurr, with the whole process monitored by a computer. Attached to an un-removable bracelet, "Peaches" comes off as cold and unpredicable. But all she really wants is to have some friends.
