Well what if rainwater secretly had blood in it, and scientists didn't know so we were tasting blood every time we tasted raindrops?

Yeah, it is pretty twisted. BUT IT'S AWESOME! This would be really cool, if not TOTALLY DISTURBING. But yeah, it's an "interesting" concept.
