Augustus: "Believe I understand... *sigh*
If I may, us Sages were not much far off from you... or other immortal beings that you are familiar with... atleast from what I've heard...
We used to be....... ....well... different.....
You might say we strangely understand your situation..."
(he still has his back turned to Eznier, hands clasped behind his back)
Augustus: "Bah... then the only thing I can think of is to let you go... I can shoot you to another realm... unfortunately, not your own... those realms you are familiar with are shrouded from my gaze... But I can offer the next best thing. A realm with humans to sate yourself. I will simply avert my gaze from that realm. Turn a blind eye to what you do... 'tis only natural. Do you want to take my offer?"

Augustus: "Alright. And hopefully this will help your guilt: the planet I'm sending you to will be destroyed soon anyways. The planet's core is going to burst anyways. Everyone there is fated to die. Nature has doomed that world anyways. You might as well make the most of it. Farewell. Tell me when you are finished, alright?"
(he raise his arms and in a blinding flash, Eznier is teleported to the dying world. They sky is black and volcanoes are erupting. This world will die in a few short years... Eznier is out side of a human settlement.)

Augustus: "You are finished? Alright."
(he summons back Eznier.)
Augustus: "Here."
(he hands him a sheet of paper with a transport sigil on it.)
Augustus: "That sigil can take you to that world whenever. It won't teleport you if the world finally dies, however. You can go there to sate yourself on the already doomed."
(Augustus turns away, back to face the sea and moon.
He still has tge silver balls in hks hands. He rolls it between his fimgers thoughtfully. He eats it. You can hear faint clacking sounds as it enters his stomach, as if there are already many of the silver spheres inside of him...
He eyes Eznier out of the corner of his eye)

(Augustus doesn't say anything. He turns away.
Angelika comes runninh up.)
Angelika: "There you are-- A-agustus?! I.... We should go... Now."
(She looks at Eznier. Something is off.
(Augustus watches them leave.)
Augustus: *sigh* "Turns out I'm the one who has this trouble..... bah..."
(he eats yet another sphere.)
[he has issues with that.....]

Angelika: "Ezmel was still asleep when I left... You need to clean up. He can't see you like that. Here."
(she makes the blood vaporize)
Angelika: "You met Augustus.... interesting... did he... hate you?"

Angelika: "hmmm... he probably only did it so Sophos wouldn't get upset. He would have just kiIIed you or sent you home or to some other world if it didn't upset Sophos... That and he probably wouldn't have wanted you to try and eat other Sages.... He hates outworlders... I bet he hates you... You tor.tured the thing he and I hold most dear. Sophos...
Augustus doesn't seem to like me much at all... I broke his son's hearts when I left... I still feel bad about that. Atleast I'm back to make amends, though..."
(they arrive back at Sophos' place. He already cleaned up the blood and started to working on the tonics again)

Sophos: "Hey! You back! :D
Are you alright now? I'm almost done with this tonic..."

(He stops working)
Sophos: "What? You met my dad? ...What did he say? ...did he hate you...? ...I hope he didn't... he's been having a tough time lately... He doesn't see me often as he used to..."
Angelika: "It's ok, hun... he didn't say or do anything mean to Eznier..."
*she kisses him on the cheek*
Sophos: -///- "...Ok if you say so... I think Ezmel is still asleep. He hasn't come out of the bedroom at all."

Sophos: "I haven't heard anything... I think he's ok.... unlike my dad... I think he's sick or something... he doesn't look ill, though. He said he hasn't been feeling very well... anyways, let's check on Ezmel. The tonic is finished. After a few doses of this, he won't have any hallucinations and nightmares will be few and far between."
(they go to the bedroom, Sophos has the tonic in a bottle.)
[I hate my internet. I tried to post this before, but it cut me off right when I tried to post it. Grrr...]

(Sophos pours a small cup of it. It is a metallic green color.)
Sophos: "hmm... It's not supposed to be metallic.... I used the same ingredients.... oh well, it's fine..."
(he hands Ezmel the crystal cup.)
Sophos: "This will get rid of bad dreams and hallucinations. Drink it."

Sophos: "...?! ...you're right... don't drink it! Why didn't I think of that!? I'm such a fool!" *facepalm*
(he takes away the tonic from Ezmel and leaves the room, upset. He hurriedly begins a clean batch.)
Angelika: *siiiigh...* "He gets so upset when he makes mistakes... he tries so hard and it frustrates him when he messes up... especially on simple things like tonics.... I'm sorry Ezmel, you'll have to wait just a bit longer..."
*hugs*

(Sophos is working hard. He messes up again and again, getting more and more upset....
He finally flips out and throws the whole thing against the wall, producing a loud "crash!"
Tears stream down his face and he slumps down against a wall. He cries hard.)
Sophos: "Nothing I do is ever right! Nothing is ever good enough! I try so hard, but I can't even do simple things! I'll never be good enough! Someone always points out my faults, even if it's almost perfect! Even if I'm only .001off, I get critisized! Why?! I'll never be good enough... I bet that's why my dad doesn't visit me anymore... and I almost gave Ezmel my very blood! I'm a fool! I'm not good enough to be his son... The son of an Elite Sage.... I'm not good enough to be alive...." *sobs*
(Angelika comes to his side to comfort him)
Angelika: "Shh... It's ok... We can make the tonic togehter, what do you say?"
Sophos: "No! See?! Someone has to help me always! I don't want help! I don't deserve it! ...I don't deserve you... I'm not good enough for you... I'm just a weak, little Sage-ling and you are a feared End.... Leave me..." *sob*
(he gets up and goes to the balcony, still crying)

Angelika: *siigh* "What am I going to do with him?"
(She quickly makes a perfect batch and cleans up the mess.
She goes out to Sophos and without and warning kisses him on the lips. She holds him close.)
Angelika: "Shhh... you are good enough... your good enough for me, your family, your friends, anyone who loves you will agree. I sould be the one who doesn't deserve you. But you took me back. You put this ring on me... I will love you forever. Now come back inside, honey. I made the tonic. I'll give it to Ezmel, ok?"
Sophos: "..ok..."
(they go back inside. Sophos hits in his armchair and Angelika takes the green tonic to the bedroom. She enters and begins to pour a small glass full. It is a dark green.)

Angelika: "It's ready. I added sugar so it would taste as bitter. Here."
(she hands Ezmel the dark-green tonic.)

Angelika: "Alrighty. Two more doses tomorrow and the next day, and you will be vision free! ...speaking of which... You may temporarily loose vision... It may blind you for a couple hours... I should have told you that, I'm sorry. But it's alright! It'll go away!"
*she begins to leave. Ezmel's vision gets hazy*
