i was finally getting over how badly i see myself and then my mom came in and told me that I was going to exercise with her because /she/ needs to lose weight.
I already run miles on the treadmill.
And im not the thinnest person (i have a somewhat biggish tummy :c )
I literally just sobbed because i feel horrible now im fat im fat i cant d eal
