I went the route of the scantily-clad Nintendo princess, and it completely worked. The only problem is that when it cracked the top ten of the "this week's best" gallery, it was axed. I guess the guys in charge don't want that sort of thing to become a regular occurrence. Moral of the story: Just go with Mario XD
