Oh! Braanching! I've used it before to get some lineart from the colored pic I drew. It stops it somewhere where you want, like before you color something in, then it makes a copy of it at that stage.

If u make the pass completley random.. then noone wud know.. i get random comments..

And no, it was terrible tracing. XD

Tracers copy the painting into their gallery, then copy it to the sd card/pictures and put it in as a background pic and trace it.

Tuyi stopped and rotated each ear in a different direction, trying to hear that faint sound again...

The silent dusk treetops was ominous and foreboding. Tuyi slowly slunk onto a thick branch and lowered Rukki from her back. Fast asleep, the kittel still had his paws curled instinctively.

Miles climbs up the tree further until he reached a spot, blanketed in moss and orchids. (Gosh, I forgot I need to water my orchids. XD)

*what should I do?* the frantic mother thought. *The 'Denxos should be flying around soon...*

Miles watched the forest stir with life. Birds only active at night now came out as well as delicious little critters. He lay down in thhe temporary nest, observing the living forest.

The howl that followed proved him right. He yowled in response and went to the source.

Okay, so a dioxel is like a platypus, right? They lay eggs, yet still lactate.

(i like the sounds whales make...so Dioxels make similar sounds, because whales always sound sad. XD)
Tuyi woke Rukki and let him clamber back onto her mane. *I hear them...they're asking for a fight...* Tuyi was prepaired to fight for her baby's life.

Miles rolled his eyes at the persistance of females. He sighed and crouched low to the forest floor, grass tickling his belly.

she droped prey at their feet. "i can see you will have more use of these than i will." she said. she cast a questioning look at them. "who are you?"

Miles picked up a small note of bushes rustling and quickly pounced. He came up with a small creature and only then did he notice the extra dioxel next to him. "Phoo are loo!?" He spoke through the dead creature.

Tuyi closed her eyes and listened to her surroundings. *gotcha!* she thought as she located the sound of a deer-like creature rummaging through the ubdergrowth.

She blinked slowly. "Shadow. I am a humble dioxel walking amounst these woods. and you?"

Shadows shadow (:p) danced beneth her as the sun moved closer tword the horizon. a small breeze cast a wisper like sound throughout the trees.

Miles nods and turns to Tuyi. "Hey I caught you and your kit something!"

Shadow blinked affectionly at the kit, her gaze softening.

Tuyi stalked towards the sound and lowered Rukki from her back and into a low fork in a tree. Tuyi tensed her muscles, ready to give chase.

she took a small soft pice of prey out of her pile and nosed it to the kit. she hauled her other prey next to his.

she lept up behind her, prey dangling from her mouth.

Miles sits there shaking his head. "I told her... she didn't listen..." He furrows his brow.

Before Tuyi sprang into action, she noticed there was already a meal waiting for her. She scooped up her kittel and put him back onto her mane.

Tuyi's loud novements spooked the deer-thing and it bolted. Arriving next to the other Dioxels, Tuyi removed her kit from her back and nosed hime awake. "Come on Rukki. We have meat now." opening his tiny eyes, he squeaked out in a tiny voice, "I'm hungry!" Sighing, Tuyi replied to her wobbly legged son, "That's why we have food!"

XD And yes, my mii is an Owl. Everyone comments about it.

Tuyi bit off a sliver of meat and chewed it the best she could, and spit it out for her underfed kittel.

shadow grinned. "miles, theres many. " her grin fadded. "but their not like me. they are......they only care about themselves. their selfish..."

Miles huffed. "My mother died at my birth, so there." He looks at Shadow. "Yeah... like this one here." He points at Tuyi. (XD)

"their not afraid of ki.lling to get what they want. im a good fighter, so im ok. but ive seen the unlucky ones. " she suffled her feet. "we will probbably come across some. but not all of them are like that."

her gaze locked in his. "we must be carefull."

Tuyi gasped in horror. "How dare you! If I was selfish, how is it I am caring for a kit?!" looking down at her feeding son, she then glared at Miles.

she quickly changed the subject. "where are you headed?"

Miles chuckles. "It was only a joke. Don't take things so seriously." He smiles a toothy grin.

Miles shrugs at Shadow's comment. "I really don't know."

she cast an knowing glance at miles.

"well, we will have to figure that out soon. " she sniffed the air. "winter is on it way." (is it? lol)

"I didn't think it was very funny..." Tuyi murmured

Well, they live on a different planet...so it has different seasons (I changed it from a floating island to a planet. XD)
