GTS is Global Trading Station
you can put up a pokemon and ask for Togepi in return. If someone has a Togepi and wants the Pokemon you put up, theyll trade. Next time you get on GTS youll recieve the Togepi (they already have your pokemon)

Reply: As I previously said, I went through your gallery and that's how I found out. It's a shame that almost no one said something about it. However, I do know of several people that really do miss her. Myself included. Please let her know and I hope she either finds her 3ds soon or that she manages to somehow comeback.
