Yes she has wings but they are too small ( I drew them too big in this pic, they are actually smaller) to carry her weight. She can fly for very short distances, but she can't really fly. Why am I feeling down you ask? I won't tell you, I don't want to bother you. Just ignore me, I am just negative energy...
